We did have roaches in the first room we were in but they did just exterminate which is why they were coming out the way they were. They did move us to a different room and we didn't have any issues after that. The elevator was down. Other than that the service was impeccable. Roberta was amazing she took real good care of us and made sure everything was up to par after the pest incident.
I was skeptical of this hotel at first because of the price and location, but I had an amazing time with my boyfriend there. He was visiting for a week and we wanted a private nice place to just relax with eachother. It is a little confusing to figure out which hotel is what because theres so many of them next to it but once you find it it’s like second nature. The room was very nice, the bathroom was a pretty decent size and it even has a moveable shower head. They also have a microwave, cabinets, a fridge and a mini stove with a sink for a kitchen area. We only paid around $485, theres dollar generals and food places nearby too if you need any sort of extra items. Would definitely come back and the employees are pretty easy going and kind.
Affordable weekly rates. Staff is phenomenal. Quiet and never any issues. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for long term stays to check in here .
Building and my room in great condition. Staff at the front desk is awesome. Good price. This place has had issues resulting from the post COVID years. They are in the process of recovering from that. They recently did an extensive extermination. I have not seen a roach in three months.
Great customer service. Ms. Crystal and Ms. Roberta the front office staff are always so pleasant and poliet. Great hospitality by the hotel staff. Hometowne studios is and will always be a place I can rely on whenever I'm in town. The cleanliness of the rooms are amazing Ms. Angie is always hospitable in service to me and my friends when we come and stay. Just love this place.

The general manager Elaine is amazing. We had an issue with my work computer and steaming device connecting to the hotel Internet. She gave me the number and I was able to get it resolved. The staff is overall very friendly and happy to help resolve small issues or willing to give you the proper numbers to get issues resolved. Been staying here for a few months now and I have had zero issues with staff or getting things fixed.
Angie, is hands up the best maid I've encountered during my hotel stays. I have not needed nor wanted for anything, and they are extremely helpful. During covid, April has been on top of the well being of the residents and has been helpful any time I needed anything. Having been a customer for almost two months now, I highly recommend and back this hotel. Quality, safety, and understanding are the three words I'd use to describe the staff here.
